Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end compliance for a varied client portfolio
- Review work prepared by junior team members, providing training and mentorship
- Deliver value-added advisory services, including tax planning and business advisory support
- Foster strong client relationships and assist with onboarding new clients
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2-3 years of experience within BAS in a New Zealand public practice environment
- Your CA qualification or equivalent, or actively working towards it
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in reviewing work (internally or outsourced)
- Ideally some great experience with Tax or within the manufacturing environment
