We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Advisor/ Analyst to work across a number of digital initiatives for a large Government agency.
What you’ll need to succeed:

Support the Change Portfolio Manager in scoping the impact of changes for several pieces of work.

You will be required to work on a cross agency initiative.

A good understanding of how to define the impacts for operating environments and the ability to think strategically about how best to support that change, including how information is presented.

The ability to be agile and responsive to change, particularly the ability to be effective at delivering against objectives in a high paced environment.

Highly skilled at identifying the processes needed to get things done and organise people and resources to achieve objectives.

Ability to work on several issues and projects simultaneously.
