This role is the hub of people and culture operations and is focused on delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders in terms of processes and documentation.
This role is for someone who is systems savvy- and involves focus on managing the P&C systems in order to deliver core administrative functions, developing documentation, workforce reports maintaining the platform, data accuracy and being the first point of contact for general enquiries.
Key Accountabilities:
- HR Administration
- Systems and Data integrity Management
- First line of response for general enquiries
- Health and Safety system administration
- Contribute to P&C projects
- Previous experience in a P&C administrative role
- Previous experience in HRIS data and platform management
- Proven time management skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Confident communicator
- Data accuracy
