• Senior Instructional Designer- contractor
• Contract to end of June 2026

Opportunity for a senior level Instructional designer to design and develop high quality, engaging learning solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes using modern learning principles and methodologies.

This role requires experience in financial services or regulated environments.

The key function of the contractor will be to apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging, outcome driven learning experiences that support capability uplift, compliance and business transformation.

Key Accountabilities:

•  Design, develop and deliver end to end learning solutions
•  Create scalable, blended learning assets- e-learning modules, facilitator guides, assessments, simulations and micro-learning
• Integrate learning content to the LMS and other digital platforms
• Evaluate learning effectiveness

Reporting to the Business Learning Manager you will collaborate closely to ensure that learning solutions align with enterprise-wide capability priorities and learning strategy.

The role will involve operational execution, managing end to end learning solutions including video, using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience, commercial experience in the financial services or regulated industries, bring a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theory and best practice learning. You will have proven experience in developing blended learning, eLearning and workshop facilitation. Experience with LMS systems, will be an advantage.
