Opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer for an in-house tam in the Auckland CBD to provide trusted advice on all aspects of employment and industrial relations, working closely with leaders across the organisation.
This is a Senior Legal Counsel role, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality, practical advice. This will involve advising on employment law and industrial relations risks, partnering with leaders to resolve disputes and supporting collective bargaining

Key Skills and Experience:
- Qualified lawyer (Barrister and Solicitor)
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience
