Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and contract management.
- Provide expert advice aligned with government procurement rules and best practice.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement frameworks, tools and templates.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and coach stakeholders to uplift capability.
- Contribute to contract negotiations and support wider commercial activities.
