We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Lead to join a high-impact enterprise project focused on building and evolving a Service Delivery Platform. About the Role:
You’ll lead the technical delivery of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure robust design, seamless integration, and scalable solutions. The role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a product mindset and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead platform design, development, and enhancement activities.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and environment setup.
- Implement governance practices including source control and release management.
- Drive automation and innovation to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor internal teams and promote best practices across the platform.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, administration, and development.
- Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Experience with App Engine, Platform Analytics, and Field Services Management.
- Integration expertise with M365, Azure, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and authentication protocols.
- Skilled in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, and low-code orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (ServiceNow, AWS, Azure), DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL.
- Agile delivery experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
