Site Manager Contract

This leading interiors and residential main contractor has an outstanding reputation for delivering to clients over many years. 

They have a job on Waikehe Island, a high-end new build residential project with 3 -4 months to completion that requires a SM to be on site and oversee construction. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the following:

* Management of site including coordinating trades/sub contractors and material on site, scheduling and delivering projects according to programme
* Reading plans and ensuring adherence to documentation
* Reporting on issues to PM 


To be suitable for this position, you will possess the following:


* Trade qualified in carpentry
* Must have experience held as a site manager with an established interior fit-out or high end residential contractor in NZ
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Some experience in programme management and updating programmes using relevant technology


Remuneration: $120K - $140K pro rata to 3 months
