We are sourcing for an experienced Systems Engineer for a client who is passionate about providing world class solutions to meet the changing IT landscape.
About the role :
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of remote, onsite, telephone and email support to clients, by providing service excellence in every engagement and acting as the escalation point for the level 1 & 2 support team.
You will be responsible for solving complex business wide IT networking and infrastructure issues for our clients’ 1500 plus user portfolio.
About you:
Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in providing ICT engineering support and project delivery services to SMB/Corporate organisations at a Tier 2/3 technical level
Proven experience with server and desktop equipment, operating systems, business applications, and printing systems
Sound WAN and LAN networking and general IT infrastructure knowledge
Advanced technical experience working with VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and Azure platforms
Experience using a ticketing system / RMM tool and PSA software
Experience providing support via remote tools
Experience working either on a Support Centre or Field Services for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business
