About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support external customers including major clients, consultants, and channel partners to ensure they are maximising their utilisation of the security solution our client is offering.
This is a fully remote sales role so you will require a suitable home office set up and it will involve some travel, mainly day trips with the occasional overnight.
You will be:
- Provide technical sales support to our client’s BDMs to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised
- Po-actively provide technical support, training and assistance to our client’s partners and product users
- Communicate with existing client base to ensure retention and growth; understand and anticipate their business needs
- Identify and build new business relationships with key industry influences
- Have a growth mindset, committed to personal and team growth and have a real desire to continue your own personal development
About you:
- 5 years’ experience in security systems or an information technology environment
- Project management experience
- Security Systems installation experience.
