About the role:
As the Business Analyst you will be supporting the implementation of solutions from conception till initiation by providing information, managing stakeholders, and engaging in all the key business analysis tasks that need to be completed to implement the solution. In this role, you will be part of a team who creates together! 6 month contract with WFH ability.
About you:
- 5+ years demonstrable Business Analyst experience.
- Experience working with stakeholders from junior to executive level employees.
- Knowledge of the Technology environment including, billing, CRM, networks, telecommunications, various server platforms, virtualised environments.
- Tech savvy, with knowledge of billing and technology applications.
- Agile, JIRA.
- Experience delivering requirements and documentations for sprint.
- Excellent communication skills.
