About the role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide strategic business analysis services a Digital Services team. You will work closely with the business to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role is key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. On offer is office/work from home flexibility and a competitive salary.

Experience working on large scale projects

Handling day-to-day operational requests from the business

Strong organisational ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point

Strong relationship building skills & communication skills

Data analysis – proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel

Be proactive and committed

Demonstrated complex problem-solving capability

Ability to work in a fast moving, complex and challenging environment

Excellent written and presentation skills
