We are seeking a talented Change Manager to work across one of the largest and most high-profile programmes in a Government Agency.
As a Change Manager you will be required to deliver change across multiple project workstreams within the wider programme. The changes will range from legislative, policy, training, but with a strong focus on an operating model redesign project.
What you'll need to succeed:

Ability to develop, own and manage the overall change plan, stakeholder management, engagement and communications plans across the project

Previous experience with redesigning an operating model is essential

Identifying the audiences and undertaking change impact assessments, drawing conclusions from the analysis and identifying the change interventions required, especially around process and role types

Work with training developers and the business to achieve the change

Develop and lead change readiness assessments

Develop the change and transition plans and activities that need to take place

Measuring change effectiveness and identifying learnings across the work stream
