Our client is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer for a contract role until end Feb 2022. You must be available to commence either immediately or within 2 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates with a 4 week notice period.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years' experience in Level 2 support roles
- Strong skills in the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience with a range of end user management tools including SCCM and In Tune
- Advanced knowledge of desktop & software applications i.e Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging, SOE creation and maintenance
- Experience with IT infrastructure and network equipment i.e routers, switches, servers, virtualization, VPN, RSA, Citrix, VMware, Hyper Converged Infrastructures
- Working knowledge of IOS and Android Operating Systems is preferred
- Experience with Service Now, troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
