We are seeking an experienced Leader in Operating Models to support a Government agency on an exciting programme for a 6 month contract.
What you'll need to succeed:

Experience with Operating Model principles that inform building designs and pieces of work around change for a business

Previous operating model framework knowledge, incorporating agreed business capabilities

Knowledge of a business capability heat maps
-
Articulation of future state capabilities for high areas of change
-
High level gap analysis of current to future state capabilities
