Rare opportunity to support the growth of multiple businesses bringing to life the vision to move people to a better place.

You will lead the transformation of the People & Culture function by setting up the framework for excellent people practices. You will lead a team of 3 HR professionals across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Management System.

This is a decentralised HR model and you will coach and support the People & Culture teams that operate   in the various companies. You will ensure a high level of collaboration is maintained between the centralised People & culture team which you will lead and the wider People & Culture teams that operate in the business units.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Talent Attraction- define and implement framework
  • Learning & Development- create framework
  • HR System- Sponsor and drive continuous improvement
  • Culture- Champion for group values and embed in people programmes
  • People Analytics- Utilise data to build strategy and manage impact
  • Industrial Relations
  • Diversity & Inclusion-drive and embed a respectful and inclusive culture
  • Wellbeing- promote the Wellbeing programme
  • Coaching & Support to leaders
  • Health & Safety- work closely with the H&S team to support delivery

Key to this role is the coaching of leaders as a trusted advisor using your experience in organisational design, workforce planning, retention, engagement, performance management, talent identification & development, succession management. You will provide expert advice to the CEO and Executive Management Team.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have worked in large organisations leading People & Culture at a senior level and will have a successful track record of creating high performance teams.

You will be a strategic thinker and are recognised as a trusted advisor and can build rapport with all levels in the organisation.

Who are you:

The role can be full time or part time - will suit someone who has operated at very senior level and is now looking for a more balanced lifestyle e.g. 9am-3pm or you may be returning to the workforce.

OR

You may be an up and coming HR professional at P&C Leadership level currently in a smaller organisation and can clearly demonstrate you have added real value to the P&C role held.
