We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be a part of a funding programme for a Government agency. As a Business Analyst, you will develop an operating model for the future of a Cost Recovery team. You will also be required to support the delivery of processes, systems and tools efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Design critical processes, procedures and ways of working for a Cost Recoery Team
- Experiencing designing operating models
- Experience designing processes and procedures (from scratch)
- Experience designing performance management frameworks for teams
- Experience in process led organisational design would be a bonus
- Confidence in working with a large number of SME’s at all levels within the organisation
