About the role:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of superior leadership, people management skills coupled with and knowledge of the telecommunications sector and of provisioning of services. The team comprises of two managers, team leaders and 50+ people across multiple sites.
Skills required for this role
- Programme Manager / Senior Manager
- Proven experience of the successful delivery of multiple complex large scale projects from planning through to completion
- Reporting on project progress to the Group COO
- Provide inspired leadership and management
- Managing a practice of design and delivery specialists
- Support and Mentor direct reports
- Report on project progress to the Group COO
- Analyse data and identify roadblocks and areas of improvement
- Work with senior managers to implement systems for continuous improvement
- Evaluate operational processes and procedures, and develop strategies
