We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a large-scale, high-visibility project.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Specialise in Operating Model management.
- Leading planning and integrated design work across operating models, organisation design, workforce strategy, services and sourcing, systems, and workflow.
- Extensive experience running agile processes to ensure integrated KDD planning and sprint management across multiple workstreams.
- Manages internal and external resources, including Project Coordinators, Service Designers and Business Analysts.
- Integrate effectively within a wider programme, ensuring the scope and progress of the operating model programme is well understood and valued.
- Manage work planning, progress, risks, and reporting.
