We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst. You will have previous experience in a similar role with proven customer service and professionalism. We have a career enhancing opportunity with early start & early finish. This is a close-knit team, who believe in rewarding and supporting each other. This role is based in Auckland central.
Communication is critical in this role as you will be supporting external clients with their technical issues.

- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- ITIL knowledge
