We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk or Service Desk professionals for multiple roles. You will have previous experience in a similar role with proven customer service and professionalism.
You will work as part of a busy team supporting national internal and external clients, so you will be able to problem solve their technical issues and log information on Service Now.
To be considered you must have:
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- ITIL knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- Service Now experience is a plus
- Level 1 and 2 problem resolution experience
We have opportunities available for:
- Business hours (day shifts)
- Rostered 24 x 7 shifts in more of a senior level role (working 4 days on, 4 days off)
