We are looking for a experienced Service Desk professionals. You will have previous experience in a similar role with proven customer service and professionalism. We have a number of roles to suit your preference of working day or night shifts. These roles are in Auckland CBD.
Communication is critical in this role as you will be supporting internal and external clients with their technical issues.
To be considered you must have:
- A willingness to learn
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing team
- Experience working in a busy Service Desk environment
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- ITIL knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- Service Now experience is a plus
