Join us as a Technical Change Lead, where you'll:
- Coordinate technical project activities and change management.
- Drive effective communication and strategic planning.
- Adapt to unforeseen challenges and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Solve problems and make critical decisions.
Key Skills:
- Adherence to code standards and reviews.
- Proficiency in development tooling like JIRA.
- Environment management and release coordination.
- Proactive planning and risk management.
- Experience in testing and technical governance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading technical deployments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Experience:
- Openshift/Docker
- Ansible
- Linux (RHEL)
- Windows
- DevOps Tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab)
- Artifactory
- Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana
