We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer with solid Citrix. This is a permanent opportunity based in Wellington CBD.
You will be working within a distributed team structure across Australasia ensuring customer service levels are maintained and delivered.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience with data backup, recovery, archiving and storage
- Application and host integration services and ability to manage antivirus
- Support incident management, asset and configuration and security management
- 3 or more year experience in an operational environment
- Solid knowledge with ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management processes
- Ability with services delivery and fault troubleshooting
- Experience using common IT Service Desk and Operational Management tools
