My client is a NZ owned, end to end IT Solutions provider specialising in cloud solutions, expertise and managed services for companies across New Zealand. They offer great benefits including free parking, flexible working and excellent training programme.
This role will be a blend of managing a number of existing accounts, as well as pursuing new business opportunities generated through proactive activity.
In this role you will:
- Develop your knowledge of specialist IT Managed services and solutions
- Develop your selling, presenting and proposal writing skills, leveraging the experience and expertise of your team mates
- Respond swiftly to client enquiries and requests, engaging with them in a positive, empathetic and proactive manner
- Engage with clients via site visits and virtual meetings
You will bring the following to the role:
- At least 2 years experience account management experience in the IT Sector
- Have a sound understanding of IT Managed Services
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
