What you’ll need to succeed:
- Provide expertise and guidance around the analysis, development and execution of training plans for assigned projects
- Solid knowledge of change management frameworks and techniques, with the ability to adapt and apply them as the situation requires
- Extensive communications and training, coaching experience, demonstrated ability to develop clear communications, captivating presentations and engaging training content
- User experience advocate, excellent at working with people, have the perfect balance of empathy, resilience, and drive to deliver
- Be comfortable presenting to and working with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to adapt your style to suit the audience
- Experience delivering within an Agile framework
