We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to work on a large scale, high visibility project.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Lead the development of tools to assist team leaders in conversations with teams on the organisation’s practices.
- Develop, deliver, and manage change communications, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Implement and manage the change strategy, including leadership support, staff readiness activities.
- Coordinate business change representatives and ensure a smooth implementation of the project.
