A main contractor with a huge depth of construction expertise and project delivery history and are now looking for a high performing QS to assist on a contract basis up to 9 months. They are one of the most reputable commercial builders that have a solid pipeline of work into 2025. Projects span large multi residential, healthcare, mixed use, and complex vertical builds over $100M.

Working in a team, you will be assisting in the responsibility for the scoping of works, procurement and preparing tender documents across a range of sub contractors. 

As a background, you are an experienced commercial quantity surveyor of at least 7+ years coming from a main contractor with a relevant tertiary degree and with larger project exposure.

This role offers a contract rate $65 - $85 per hour pending experience or fixed term up to $160K pro rata
