My client is looking for an experienced Finance Business partner to assist management to drive improvement across business processes and influence decision making whilst supporting essential financial accounting and reporting activities. Strong financial accounting, analytical and management accounting experience is required to add maximum value whilst liaising with the business and department managers.
Experience required
- 4+ years’ experience in a financial accounting role at a senior level
- 1-2 years management experience

- Proven effective management capability employing appropriate methods to establish, develop, motivate and guide different business areas towards successful outcomes and achievement of business objectives.
- Experience in directing and supervising the work of team members
- Chartered Accountant (CAANZ or equivalent)
