We are seeking a Platform Specialist (security) to assist a nation-wide specialist provider of vocational open and distance learning. They endeavour to support a thriving and resilient economy and prosperous communities.
The platform specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, security, efficient operation and administration of the ICT Infrastructure, systems, and databases.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security tools implementation, configuration, and management.
- Extensive technology operational experience ranging across Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Systems.
- Perform day-to-day operation and administration tasks ensuring any Cyber Security threat is mitigated through investigating security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
- Provide operational tier 2 and 3 support in the Digital Services function.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects via several virtual delivery teams that implement product and service improvements across the current and emerging platforms.
