About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work within a programme of work to implement technology solutions. You will be gathering solution requirements, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. This will often require influencing and guiding senior members of staff on the proposed solutions.

Involvement in complex IT projects

Agile and Waterfall

Exposure to or experience with complex system environments

Requirements Specifications

Creating User Stories and/or testable functional requirements
-
Exposure to or experience in logistics or freight industry

Strong knowledge of analysis/modelling techniques or methods

Excellent stakeholder engagement

Possess a customer centric mind-set Decisive and confident
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio applications
-
A working knowledge of Minitab is an advantage
-
Have great organisational skills
-
Be collaborative, open and flexible
