Our client has a new requirement for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Contact Centre experience for a 6 month contract.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in Technical BA roles
- Contact centre knowledge and ideally experience
- Agile experience - including writing User Stories and using Kanban boards
- Experience working on large migration projects
- AWS technology exposure
