We are seeking a Senior Change Analyst / Change Manager for a 6 month contract in the utilities sector. This role will be responsible for implementing and embedding highly effective change management practices across the organisation. Focussing on the organisation's people and processes, this role will ensure that change plans, frameworks and strategies are adopted and utilised fully by the organisation.
To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (i.e. PROSCI)
- Experience with large-scale change management within a complex organisation
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
