Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Debt Management System. This initiative aims to streamline debtor management and improve recovery processes across multiple business units. The project involves significant complexity and coordination, requiring a seasoned professional with strong leadership and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of the debt management system project.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure careful planning and execution within agreed timelines.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in ERP system implementations, particularly in accounting or debt management functionality within large, diverse organisations.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, time management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
