Role Overview:
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the service desk operations and enhancing our service management processes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Enhance: Aid in the operation of our Service Desk and contribute to building its maturity.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues with precision.
- Technical Skills: Utilize your SQL expertise and Windows Server management skills to troubleshoot and support.
- Customer Focus: Actively engage with both internal and external customers to enhance service quality.
- Service Improvement: Identify and address service pain points to boost customer satisfaction.
- Service Development: Help establish in-house services that align with our business and customer needs.
- Effectiveness Metrics: Participate in planning and measuring service effectiveness metrics.
- Operational Support: Assist the Head of IT, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk in refining operational methods, procedures, and processes.
- Leadership and Feedback: Engage in leadership activities, including Quarterly Reviews, and contribute to personal and professional development.
- Maintenance: Ensure the continuous review and maintenance of operational methods, procedures, facilities, and tools.
