We are looking for experienced Service Desk Analyst contractors for immediate opportunities in Auckland. You will be joining existing teams to assist users in a large enterprise corporate settings with setting up files, applications and new laptop deployments. You will haave experience working in a high quality customer service driven environment, with good knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory and SCCM.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following technical skills:
- Windows 10 OS
- MS Office Suite
- New Laptop deployment
- Strong ITIL experience
- Strong incident management experience
Other key requirements for these roles include:
- ability to hit the ground running
- ability to identify issues and articulate them to the team leader
- Must be available to start a new role within 1 week
- Must have the right to work in NZ
- Must have service desk experience and experience supporting large corporate clients
- Clear communication skills
