We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with solid Linux. This is a permanent opportunity based in Wellington CBD.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 5+ years experience in IT Technical Operations in the areas of Oracle Linux, RHEL, Centos, and SuSe Linux
- ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
- Experience in supporting a successful installation, proposal or project in a relevant IT technical environment
- Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management tools and deliver IT support
- Strong customer service, analytical and problem solving skills
