About the role:
- Data Entry
- Calendar management
- Have experience in customer dealings
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and monthly accruals
- HR support
- Must be computer savvy
- Other ad-hoc duties
About you:
- A people person – friendly, outgoing, confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS word and Excel), Xero, MYOB and HRIS
- Proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
