Our client, a large and complex organisation, engaged primarily in the logistics and supply chain sector industry, is undergoing a period of large-scale transformation.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst with a business-focused skill-set to join an established team.

Working primarily on the Supply Chain Network Management Workstream, the BA will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a fully automated, Supply-chain-network-wide transformation incorporating the design and development of automation, process & data driven technology solutions across the organisation.

Key duties will involve:

  • Develop business domain understanding to enable definition and documentation of business problems & opportunities
  • Facilitating cross functional teams to elicit a common business vision & holistic set of requirements
  • Problem analysis, producing summaries & visualisations of findings
  • Contribute to the design of advanced solutions that enable smarter & faster data driven decisions across the network

To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally have at least 5-7 years of experience in a (Senior) BA role, including involvement in large, complex transformation programs. Exposure to the logistics, freight, or supply chain industries would be well regarded, as would experience with Business Intelligence solutions. Key to success in this role will be the ability to work as a collaborative team member in an agile manner, able to pivot or adapt with ease to meet changing priorities. Additional requirements will include well-developed analytical & problem solving skills, advanced facilitation & presentation skills, business modelling & process mapping abilities, as well as good data analysis skills and the ability to interpret results. Key tools utilised will include JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio.
