Use your proven HR experience and people focused approach to partner with and empower a great company. You will be supporting a fun, supportive and talented HR team where you will be doing all HR related administration and coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the organisation culture and values is representing throughout the resourcing process
- Onboarding and inductions
- Using teams as well as your own skills to think outside the square to solve resourcing challenges
- Recruitment – assist with the interview process including testing and background checks
- Reporting and data collation
- Proactive in both maintaining and improving on existing processes
- Supporting the Health & Safety Committee
You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:
- Proven HR administration/coordination experience
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Strong time management, prioritisation and accuracy is essential
- Highly accurate data entry skills and detail oriented
- Resilient and focused work ethic
- You understand tech and enjoy learning and working on new systems and ways to improve the employee experience through automation
- You’re a natural when it comes to helping people, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’re positive, energetic, and like to get things done
- Strong values and an honest and ethical approach
- Friendly and professional attitude
