We are seeking a Native Android Developer in Wellington to support the delivery of a range of technology applications and development services through design, development, programming, testing and maintenance of technology solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Significant native Android mobile experience, Kotlin and Java (4+ years).
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages.
Experience with open-source libraries such as RxJava, Dagger 2, Coroutines.
A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping.
Experience working with CI/CD software development pipelines.
Experience working in Scrum and associated agile techniques.
Experience with using GIT for software version control.
CI/CD pipeline creation, maintenance, and enhancements.
Automated UI test development experience (Espresso).
Knowledge of MVVM or MVP patterns, both preferable.
Android Jetpack Compose experience.
Multi-threaded development and debugging experience.
Ability to create and maintain smooth continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline.
