We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help develop and deliver a Group Shared Services model with a particular focus on ICT operations.
You will be working collaboratively with stakeholders, running workshops and preparing business cases, so your communication skills will need to be of a professional standard.

To be considered you must have:

• Experience in requirements gathering,
• Business Case development,
• Prior Business Analysis experience,
• Excellent stakeholder engagement,
• Prior workshop and presentation delivery experience,
• Experience working on ICT Shared Services Operating models,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Investigation and problem-solving skills.
