We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help develop and deliver a Group Shared Services model with a particular focus on ICT operations.
You will be working collaboratively with stakeholders, running workshops and preparing business cases, so your communication skills will need to be of a professional standard.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience in requirements gathering,
- Business Case development,
- Prior Business Analysis experience,
- Excellent stakeholder engagement,
- Prior workshop and presentation delivery experience,
- Experience working on ICT Shared Services Operating models,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Investigation and problem-solving skills.
