About the you/role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to identify gaps, look at business best practice and map future requirements. You will produce high quality analysis, user stories and provide recommendations to the business.
Skills and experience required:
- Amazon Connect experience essential.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and agile frameworks.
- 7 + years of experience in business analysis within software development
- Experience in data analysis and Agile
- Strong stakeholder and third-party vendor management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
