There has been a lot of internal changes at the company she is currently working for, and she had to be very adaptable through the lockdown. We've loved working with Shannon since she joined the team back in July. Shannon is a great asset and is always responsive, proactive and shows great judgement. She has stepped up to lead the team and shown great initiative and care for her fellow colleagues, working seamlessly to pick up additional workload and provide essential support.
